SGroveWF LLP is a land promoter for UK land and has a strong track record in land promotion in the south of England. We have achieved planning on a range of sites from 30-1000 units incorporating virtually all uses from, residential and social housing, commercial, retail, care and community/recreation/sports.

We are always looking for sites to promote and work with landowners to enhance their land value and achieve best value for their assets.
